Independent Insurance Agents of Kentucky has partnered with New Level Partners to bring online entry-level training for new hires in the insurance industry as well as those changing roles within an agency/company.

  • Online learning is ideal for new​​ hires and job changers and is an excellent way to fit coverage education into the workday.
  • Our new hire training is on-demand, interactive, cost-effective and measurable!
  • ​Select a specific curriculum package to train your new hire based on their individual needs and area of expertise.
  • Audiovisual exercises and knowledge checks provide an interactive learning experience giving the new hire a jump-start.
  • Purchase of each package provides 4 month access to the curriculum selected.​
  • On average, each course within a curriculum is 30-40 minutes in length.
  • Purchase grants 4-Month Access per individual to the selected curriculum.

    • ​The Emerging Leader’s Series contains courses targeted to both rising Millennials and experienced Gen X managers.
